For orders under $100 USD, flat shipping fees apply based on your region as detailed below.

Order Processing Time

Upon placement of your order, our warehouse team will process it within three business day. Following shipment from our warehouse, you will receive tracking information via email.

International Duties and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take exceptional care in packaging our products to ensure they reach customers in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@As You Fall.com. with evidence of the issue. We will collaborate with our courier provider to resolve the matter promptly.

Tracking Information

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is prepared for shipment, we will send a separate email with your tracking number. Please allow a minimum of 12 hours for tracking information to update before checking shipping status. You may track your order through our tracking system available.
